ANWG 2017 Conference

Dear Guild Member Representatives, the Chair of the ANWG 2017 Conference is in the process of reserving a large room for the 2017 annual meeting of ANWG members. Since we know that we have a lot of members coming to the conference, this may need to be a large room.
Would you please canvass your local guild membership to ask how many will be attending the conference, but more specifically, how many from your group plan to attend the ANWG annual meeting? It will be held Friday, June 30, 5-6:30 pm in Victoria. (on the conference grounds)
Please do this as soon as possible as these rooms need to be reserved well in advance. I will attempt to re-email those guilds that have not reported within the next week -two weeks....and you know that I can be persistent! :+)
